01 | BLUE AGAVE
THE SEED OF
OUR CREATION

The next decision was the choice to
plant the best Agave Weber Tequilana
Azul at the best time of the year.
10 years later, thanks to our great
team of jimadores, we selected only
the best Agave. This is the period
in which the plant reaches full
maturity to provide the best syrups.

02 | COOKING
PERFECT
COMBINATION OF
FIRE AND STONE

This legacy is proudly produced and elaborated
at El Arenal, Jalisco, México with a completely
craft process. Starting with the cooking and
grinding of “pineapples” of the agave in stone
ovens for 48 hours, in order to convert agave
sugar into fermentable sugar.
